How should I prepare for microneedling?

Before you come in for your appointment, avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours. During this time, you should also discontinue topical retinoids and avoid autoimmune therapies. If you have active breakouts or lesions, you may want to reschedule your microneedling session. Do not receive microneedling within 6 months of taking oral isotretinoin, which can make your skin incredibly fragile and slow the healing process.

What should I do before a body contouring session?

Be sure to stay hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment so that the RF energy can evaporate the water molecules between your fat cells.

Can I pair body contouring with weight loss?

Absolutely! We often recommend patients receive body contouring after our weight loss program to get rid of stubborn fat. Just remember that our contouring devices are not meant to be used for losing weight.
